Employment History:

 

 1/16- 4/16:     Mill Creek Alzheimer's Nursing Home  $10/hr

      One of three CNA'S on night shift at a specialized nursing home for dementia and Alzheimer's residents. I assisted with dressing, bathing, repositioning as necessary while they sleep, monitoring them. Approximately 60 residents at the facility.

 

 7/13 - present:  Wendy's.                                $28,000 annually

      Shift Manager/Assistant Manager. In charge of 6-14.  crew members on a shift. Open/close and run the store on my own. Count drawers, manage the safe, train employees, help clean the store, order supply trucks up to $5,000 working 40 hours minimum. 

 

4/13 - 7/13:     St. John's Hospital Cafeteria.     $9.25/hrs

     Duties included cashing out orders, serve food at hot table, clean Cafeteria. Hours 1-930pm, 40 hours per week. 

 

11/11 - 3/13:     Wendy's.                                        $8.25/hrs

      Duties included working front counter and drive thru. Prepare sandwiches, including use of grill and fryers, general cleaning of the store. Hours from 5-close, 30-40 hours per week while also in high school. 

 

2009-2011 volunteer at Sangamon County Animal Control 

     Duties included grooming, feeding, and walking dogs. Helped out 4 hours on Saturdays and when out of school some weekdays. 

 

2008:      Mark Short.                                                       $10/hr.

     Duties: clean shop, sweep, etc. Learned how to operate at backhoe and bobcat. 

 

2008-2013:    Jamie Bessie.                                            $5/hr.

      Babysitting 2-3 year old as needed. While there I did laundry, washed dishes, cleaned house. 

 

2008 (summer):     Aaron Rock.                                       $10/hr.

     Duties: tear off roof of garage, clean up old shingles etc. 

 

2007-2009 (school year) volunteer at Riverton Middle School 

      Assist librarian with logging in new books, help coordinate yearly book fairs, read new books to determine age appropriate books. 

 

Achievements: 

     2007: School record for most chin ups and chin hold.

     2008: School record for most books read in one school year.

     2004-2009: Honor Roll student. 

     2006-2007: National Who's Who' of Outstanding students. 

     July 2014 Certified Nursing Assistant from LLCC. 

 

Activities: 

2003-2009:  Competitive gymnastics 

     Training 12-15 hours a week at gym with competition season running from October through April. Traveled throughout the state of Illinois competing with gymnasts from all over central states. 

 

2008-2009: Safety Kids. 

     Working with students in Sangamon County to make them aware of positive choices in a fun enjoyable manner.
