Payroll Administrator

Performed all payroll functions using ADP Legacy and Workforce Now software for Hourly, Salary and Commission employees.

Responsible for installation of new Workforce Now system from setup through custom report design.

Human Resources Generalist

Developed complete Human Resources Information System (HRIS), tracking over 10 years of current and previous employee data.

Developed multi-level filing system for hourly and salary employees.

Advised management in current federal and state employment laws.

Trained managers in employment related matters including interviewing, hiring, disciplinary and termination procedures.
