Barbara is a software analyst 27 years of healthcare industry experience. Eleven years of experience specializing in the design, upgrade, training, support, testing, and implementation of many system applications. Barbara has extensive experience and knowledge in project leadership, implementation, and reporting project updates. Additionally, she is knowledgeable in the development of training documentation and providing training for all levels of staff. Barbara has served in a variety of roles on many engagements and constantly strives to ensure open communication and collaboration between departments to achieve successful engagement results. IT System Implementation and Optimization

Completed workflows and gap analysis of IT systems in preparing for the transition from either one system to another or from paper to computer. Brought in to take the place of the EDM Analyst that had retired. I continued an

upgrade of the EDM Module while also keeping the current system up to date. New

FTE was hired 3 months later and I trained her on the new upgrade still being

completed and the version that was in use at the time. The new hire had never

worked with MEDITECH, but had a full understanding of the system when training
