-Promote Ionsys- fentanyl iontophoretic transdermal system for PCA to general surgeons, colorectal, bariatric, cardiothoracic, orthopedic and obstetric and gynecological surgeons.


-Senior Critical Care Specialist:  6/2003 to 9/2012


Hospital Cath Lab Sales, Central Illinois Sales Territory


-Promote the use of an IV  biopharmaceutical agent (ANGIOMAX) for use in percutaneous coronary intervention, peripheral intervention, vascular surgery and Heparin Induced Thrombocytopenia.  Responsible for formulary approval, education and promotion to interventional physicians, hematologists, nurses, and pharmacists.


-Promote utilization of an IV CCB for severe hypertensive crisis (Cleviprex)  Cath Lab, ICU, CCU, ED and Surgery Suites.  Call points:  Neurology, Surgery, Stroke Centers, interventional Cardiology, Interventional Neurology


-Develop national thought leaders and advocates in territory to influence and expand overall drug utilization.  


-Mentor and train new representatives with the company (Field Trainer 2005-present).

-Promoted the use of multiple agents for the treatment of Asthma, Arthritis, Acute pain, Osteoporosis and Migraine.  (Singulair, Vioxx, Maxalt, Fosamax).


-Served as National Sales point for Vioxx Acute Pain (300 reps).  Facilitate Merck involvement with local state agencies to promote arthritis awareness and education.  Achieved formulary victory within the state of Illinois department of health and developmental disabilities.
