Role Description:

SEA Group has an immediate need for a CISCO Voice Administrator located in Springfield, IL in the state government vertical.

CCNP Voice Administrator will work with staff and perform assignments in VOIP development and /or existing system modifications. This position will guide Technicians in evaluating existing phone infrastructure and making design and implementation recommendations to management.

This position is a lead role in the Telecommunication division and candidates are required to have a minimum of three years of knowledge and experience in the following areas and include a demonstrated record of achievement in the VoIP area within the past year:

Mandatory Knowledge and Experience/Required Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
Support and configure existing Cisco Unified Call Manager, Cisco Unity Connection, Cisco emergency Responder, Cisco Webex, Cisco Unified Contact Center Express and Cisco Meeting Place in Virtual Environment
Perform basic systems analysis, network and system testing, network and system documentation and system implementation
Analyze the existing Centrex phone environment and provide design and migration strategy/planning to Cisco VoiP solution
Provide clear project status reports verbally and in writing

Required Certifications:

CCNP Voice Certification
CCDA RSEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
