Role Description:
SEA Group has an immediate need for 4 Cobol Developers in Springfield, IL on a 4 month project in the state government vertical. Because of the nature of the work, we need to provide US Citizens or Permanent Residence with all work being completed onsite in Springfield.

Versatility/flexibility in consulting roles and willingness to perform multiple roles and hands-on administrative tasks to achieve project success, experience working in an environment where priorities change
Experience working as a consultant or working closely with consultants; knows the difference between a consultant and a contractor.

Required Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
Minimum 5
years COBOL mainframe development experience
Minimum 5
years Easytrieve+, DB2, VSAM, JCL and MVS
Experience with Payroll and timekeeping systems is highly desired
Experience with Accounting Systems is highly desired. Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
