Description:

Overall planning, organizing, monitoring and controlling of assigned projects
Using project management procedures and processes, developing and managing the project plan for the creation of mainframe, client/server and/or Internet based computer systems including facilitating the establishment of estimates, timelines, milestones, risk assessments and contingency plans;
Preparing and distributing project status reports and other communications;
Assuring that project activities and deliverables are within project scope
Managing resources leading to successful project implementation
Establishing and maintaining professional relationships with pertinent process / system owners and other stakeholders in order to promote an effective partnership between the technical and business components of the Agency;
Working independently, with direction from BIP management to effectively implement assigned initiatives

Education, Experience and Skills

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems or related fields;
Five or more years of progressively responsible project management experience with an emphasis on managing the development of client/server and/or Internet applications, comprehensive knowledge of procedures and techniques of project management;
A Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
