The SEA Group Team is currently searching for a Program Manager who will be responsible for overall program management for a large, multi-year program of projects to implement a new Billing and Policy Administration system. This includes facilitating the creation of the program priorities, release schedule and rollout schedule, ensuring the program is aligned to meet program objectives, managing the program budget and CBA, organizing and leading communications with steering groups and stakeholders, coordinating organization-wide change management, establishing the operational process structure for the program, establishing program-wide project management standards, managing the overall program architecture, and establishing program metrics. Program level staff are direct reports of this position.

Location: Bloomington, IL; Minneapolis, MN or Atlanta, GA
Capabilities/Skills/Success Factors:

At least 5 years success as a Program Mgr - Knows/applies best practices and possesses good understanding of insurance and financial services operations

Education/skills acquired from college-level courses, formal information technology and insurance education certifications such as PMP, CISR, CPCU, CPPA, etc.

Communication, interpersonal and collaboration skills to work effectively with various and diverse internal personnel and external contacts

Strong organization and planning skills; and effectiveness in working through conflict and ambiguity to meet the needs of business partners and customers

Demonstrates continuous learning habits, especially the ability to learn and apply new technologies, architectures and methodologies, ability to communicate effectively and explain technical concepts and present content to all levels of personnel including executives,

Ability to plan/conduct meetings and make oral and written presentations, and effective time/workload management skills
Ability to understand strategy and translate it into road map and initiatives; ability to forecast resource needs and release plans to feed the development life cycle;

Ability to comprehend and shape data into meaningful metrics; and ability to broker resolution to organizational disagreement and challenges

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
