Consultant will develop a Lab Information Management System. The scope of the solution is to provide a single secure and complete data source for collected samples and laboratory results.
The services of a qualified systems developer/applications programmer are needed to assist with system development/computer programming to complete the solution. The consultant will utilize Microsoft technologies to complete the solution, including Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 or newer, the .NET 4.0 Framework or above, and Microsoft Team Foundation Server for project management, code control and other functions.
All services must be performed at client offices located in Springfield, Illinois.
The consultant will be expected to complete highly complex application development and develops browser and web-based software applications and databases using development software such as the .NET Framework including VB.Net, html, cascading style sheets and related technologies, including the use of SQL Server databases and the Entity Framework.
Should have a 4 year college degree in CS or software development
Good Communication skills
5 years experience using Microsoft Visual Studio for application development.
2 years of Visual Studio 2010 Experience
5 years of Microsoft .NET framework
2 Years of Microsoft.NET Framework 4.0 or newer
3 Years of relational Database experience
5 years of experience in object oriented
programming.
5 years of experience writing and analyzing computer/software
code in Vb.Net and C#.
5 years of with web development technologies including ASP.NET, Javascript, HTML, XML, CSS and Adobe Flash
Action Script.
3 years of experience with web services, including web service
protocols such as WPS and SOAP.
Project is scheduled to begin Jan 1, 2015

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
