The primary purpose of this position is to lead the representatives of the Service Center Operations Management team to the desired success, operational and quality proficiency metrics. The most successful candidate for the Director of Operations position will be required to manage Customer Service Manager, Operations Manager, Logistics Supervisor and Operations Supervisor. Typically, this role covers the following functions:
- Support marketing and sales initiatives.
- Monitor and analyze operational and expense metrics, for performance and planning.
- Find, hire, fire and coach management personnel.
- Manages performance planning and management.
- Serves as an expert regarding all the issues related to the operational management.
- Budgets by productivity metrics and hours.
The Director of Operations position requirements to meet:
- Competitive initiative and urgency.
- Bachelor's Degree in the following areas - Operations, Business Management.
- Proven organizational skills.
- Leadership skills.
- Solid understanding of P&L and the basic aspects of people development.
- Proven record of ethical business decision and integrity.
- 10 + years of professional experience in a position of an operations leadership.
- Customer care service experience and attention to details.
- Ability to travel within the region 30% of time.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
