Position Requires working and living in Central Illinois
Springfield, Illinois (Direct Hire Role), Relocation Package
This Manager would manage ALL of this Healthcare System's Benefit Programs.
Qualified and Non-Qualified Plans and Welfare Benefits
Develop, Implement and Revise Benefit Programs
Requires at least a Bachelor's Degree
Ideally 5
years in a Benefits Management role and 3
of Managerial Experience
Previous Health Care Experience
CEBS or CBP Designations Strongly Preferred.
Must be a US Citizen or Green Card Holder and have a clean background
(extensive background checks conducted)
