Responsibilities:
Develop, Code, Test and Debug software
MicroFocus Cobol OR Visual Cobol
SQL

Perform detailed analysis of user needs for automated Information Systems
Assist with system support ( will include being on call in crisis or downtime situations)
Evaluate vendors' software and user department requests in order to determine the technical feasibility and integration requirements of proposed systems
Act as lead on projects such as upgrade installations, including: project planning, scheduling, coordinating system users, vendors and personnel
Work with change management and various teams to coordinate test plans, identify risks, provide resolution and assist in implementing solutions.
Help mentor other jr level developers!

Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Math, or 4
years deep experience in lieu of degree.
5
years' experience in programming (including but not limited to: Visual/Micro Focus COBOL, SQL)
Experience with hardware, operating systems, programming languages and data communications
Project Management experience
Understanding of business tools (ex: estimating, budgeting, project tracking, risk assessments)

Must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.
