A 10 to 12 week Residency program specifically designed for the New Graduate Nurse. S pecific areas of interest will be discussed during the interview process. Candidates will spend 10 to 12 weeks with a Preceptor learning the role of an RN in a variety of settings. Will include didactic as well as simulation/ practicum. Will work predominantly days, Monday - Friday, but once assigned to a preceptor may be able to follow their individual schedule. Positions will be full time, benefitted, and paid at the regular New Grad RN entry rate. Candidates must have taken boards/ NCLEX and have CTS letter showing passage or License in hand to begin the Residency.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
