patients per day with Nurse support, 2% inpatient and 98% outpatient# of Physician in practice:
2 Full-time, 1 locumAncillary staff:
4 RNs, CMAs
5 RN, 1 CMA for infusionsEMR:
Cerner/DragonPreferred method of chemotherapy administration:
Nurse Oncologist with MD oversight as neededAdditional information:
This is a busy practice with docs seeing 15-20 patients per day as well as oversight of 20-30 chemo infusions per day with nurse supportCall is consult by phone only, unless the MD chooses to respond in personHospital is a 3 minute walk from the clinical with a pharmacy on-siteOur MDs work a 4 day work week with one out on Mondays and one out on FridaysThe locum would cover one or both of those days to have two MDs on site each day.
