Reimbursement Analyst Lead

The Reimbursement Analyst Lead is responsible for maximizing reimbursement in various surgical and non-surgical charges, based on payor contracts.
Additionally, you will also be responsible for ensuring all office-based charges are appropriately billed through pre-billiing and post-denial review.
As an Analyst Lead you will leverage your billing knowledge to provide targeted team development focused on:
denials prevention, and maximizing reimbursement.
Key Roles and Responsibilities Review and process charges using OCI's charge scrubbing software and correct coding Generate and analyze monthly and quarterly reports for targeted provider training Assist Supervisor in resolving coding inquiries from denials and clinical teams Collaborate with physician staff to identify and resolve billing issues Review and analyize various reimbursement and billing reports to identify areas for improvement Knowledge and Skills Associate's degree and two or more yers of insuarnce and/or healthcare billing experience is required.
Demonstrated knowledge of medical procedures (CPT), diagnosis (ICD-10) and HCPCS coding is highly preferred Supervisory expeience is preferred This is a fulltime hourly position.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
