1st Shift (8am to 5PM) What a typical day as a Training Specialist (Remote) might look like:
Design and develop technical learning solutions using various tools emphasizing instructional design and a global perspective.
Enable sales teams to deliver top-notch service, sales, and support through an innovative technical learning curriculum.
Apply expertise in instructional design, needs analysis, development processes, tools, and evaluation methods to enhance sales and service effectiveness.
Collaborate across departments and functions, leveraging interpersonal skills to discern individual needs and achieve optimal outcomes.
Identify root causes of talent gaps, limiting business strategy achievement, working with subject matter experts to address organizational needs.
Demonstrate strong project management skills, leading and designing large-scale projects with tight deadlines.
Develop technical training plans tailored to different levels of associate experience, monitoring program execution and implementing improvements.
Effectively promote and market training as a valuable business partner, showcasing business acumen to address organizational challenges.
Stay abreast of learning theory, instructional design, and best practices, focusing on sales enablement for continuous improvement.
Support content translation efforts through AI tools, third-party vendors, and internal reviews to ensure global accessibility.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

years of experience related to instructional design, competency-based program design, innovative classroom design, complex, multimedia-rich e-learning experience design, hands-on digital and experience design, and instructional technology.
Deep understanding of current and emerging instructional design principles and learner-centered design methodologies with a demonstrated application through innovative learning experiences.
Knowledge of and practical experience in applying behavioral, performance, and learning best practices and theories.
Project management skills, ability to manage multiple projects with global stakeholders, create and communicate milestones for content development work, hold SMEs accountable for deadlines.
Recognize when project deadlines are at risk, proactively communicate to management, and identify methods to achieve results.
Global focus with experience working in a global organization and communicating across geographies, functions, and business units.
Manage the creation of learning solutions that enable translations (e.
g.
, limit words on graphics, minimize video with audio and people speaking on camera, etc.
).
Proficiency with instructional design tools and ability to learn new tools quickly (MS Office, Articulate 360, SmartCat, SharePoint, Camtasia).
Ability and passion for creating modern, visually appealing content for todays learners, including eLearning, PowerPoint, job aids, digital content, eBooks, etc.

Preferred Skills:
Expertise with MS Office, Articulate 360, Teams, SharePoint, Workday, Learning Management Systems, and/or other related talent technology and social collaboration tools.
Education/Experience Requirement:
Bachelors Degree required.
