Your days will be filled with variety, ranging from spending time on the production floor identifying areas of improvement to running calculations at your desk or researching opportunities for future projects.
You will have the opportunity to build lasting relationships with Production Associates, Engineering Technicians, and other Manufacturing Engineers as well as leadership and other key stakeholders.

Highlights of your role Work closely with cross-functional teams.
Gain an understanding of the daily challenges on the production floor.
Support specific Product Groups in meeting their goals.
Use Engineering principles and CI tools to establish current state and develop future state plans.
Identify and implement continuous improvement (CI) and LEAN concepts.
Maintain a future state roadmap for capital project proposals.
Execute on a rolling 12-month operating plan.
Support projects and equipment acquisition.
Exhibit knowledge of layout planning, work procedures, cost impacts, crewing guidelines, and takt time impact for support initiatives.
You're a good fit if you have BS degree in Engineering, preferably Industrial or Manufacturing Manufacturing or Industrial Engineering experience preferred A proven ability to communicate well with others and ask insightful questions Ability to use or learn AutoCAD and Inventor Ability to participate on, and lead, cross-functional teams Knowledge of manufacturing principals, procedures, and technology Ability and willingness to mentor others in the use of Engineering principals Project Management experience Salary Pay Range:
