Summary:
The Registered Nurse (RN)-Home Health is responsible for planning, coordinating and documenting care for an assigned caseload of patients.
Utilizing physicians' orders and professional skills the Registered Nurse (RN)-Home Health, in conjunction with the Case Manager, develops and implements a home health plan that meets each patient's specific needs and is in compliance with accrediting organization standards, federal and state regulations, reimbursement guidelines, as well as agency policies and procedures.
Participates in Quality Assessment and Performance Improvement (QAPI) activities.
Qualifications:
EducationGraduate from an accredited and approved school of nursing accepted for licensure in the state of practice is required.
Bachelor's degree in Nursing is preferred.
ExperienceExperience in healthcare is preferred.
Certifications, Licenses and RegistrationsLicensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) in state of practice is required.
Wisconsin:
RNs may practice with a valid multi-state RN license as outlined in the Nurse Licensure Compact rules.
Basic Life Support (BLS) is required.
Recommended Skills Certified Nurse Practitioner Nurse Licensure Compact Nursing Performance Improvement Health Care Regulatory Compliance Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
