We are expanding our solar division and are experiencing explosive growth with residential solar, focused on high-end PV products and energy storage solutions.
We are looking for a Solar Project Manager to be responsible for the continuous improvement of our solar operations.
The ideal candidate will have solar experience, project management experience, and have strong communication skills.
The Solar Project Manager will interact with external customers and internal operations to drive growth, and ensure the success of solar crews and field operations.

Responsibilities:
Organize, manage, and lead local solar crews.
Coordinates with team members to make sure all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, customer expectations, and schedules.
Responsible for the processes required to ensure the solar project includes all the work required to complete the project successfully.
Track and manage all aspects of the projects to ensure the timely completion of the project.
Manages changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.
Manages the relationship with the customer and internal operations.
Creates and maintains comprehensive project documentation Obtaining customer acceptance of project deliverables.
Identifies and develops new opportunities with customers.
Prepares status reports by gathering, analyzing, and summarizing relevant information.
Submits project deliverables and ensures that they adhere to quality standards.
REQUIREMENTS:
3 to 5 years of relevant work experience with proven leadership skills.
Deep understanding of solar product management and general product knowledge as well as market knowledge and awareness of pricing strategies and unique selling propositions.
Knowledgeable in all areas of electrical installation including a working knowledge of contract documents, project estimates, construction, and maintenance specifications.
Excellent communication and networking skills.
Analytic, accurate, and focused style of work.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite is required.
A successful track record with demonstrated capability to lead and drive process improvements.
Self-motivated person who can operate independently and can excel in a high-growth environment.
Customer service experience - a previous customer-facing role is preferred
