oProviding superior customer service, handling phone calls, and responding to all necessary requests by clients, staff members, and all other individuals needing assistanceoManaging client and family concerns as well as caregiver concerns and navigating challenging situations.
oEnsure schedule is completed in such a way as to retain all clients and to keep the schedule current and up to dateoMatch caregivers with client needs/preferencesoEnsure services provided exceed client's expectationsoData entry and other clerical duties as neededQualifications IncludeoMust have caregiving experience with a home care agency of at least one year, CNA certification, or Licensed Practical Nurse oMinimum 1-year scheduling experience preferredoSome management experience preferredoMust be able to maintain a positive attitude even when things get hecticoExcellent verbal and listening skillsoAble to use or learn scheduling softwareoExperience with Microsoft Word, Excel and other software applicationsoOrganized and detail orientedoAbility to adapt to changing work priorities and meet deadlines and schedulesoAble to follow instructions and work with little or no supervisionoAble to pass all pre-employment background screenREQUIREMENTSoRequired education:
