Minimum of Bachelor's Degree Required
Targeting 1-3
years of Leadership Experience
3
years of Project Management Experience
3
years EITHER in Management of Information Technology (HR) OR 7
years in IT/HR Systems
Management Skills (since you will be supervising 5 employees)
A PLUS (but not required):
Six Sigma Green Belt Certification or better.
PMP Certification
